Boy George was found guilty of falsely imprisoning a man in his London apartment and likely faces time behind bars.
Audun Carlsen, a 29-year-old male escort from Norway said he went to George's home to be photographed last winter when the singer attacked him and chained him to a wall in his bedroom last April.
Boy George denied the allegations and accused the escort of stealing photographs from his laptop. He declined to testify on his own behalf during the trial though recordings from an interview with police was played.
Carlsen claimed that the story about missing photographs was untrue and that the former 80's pop-star/turned dj was angry with him for not having sex and therefore was chained.
George, whose real name is George O'Dowd, was told by Judge David Radford, "The fact that your bail is being continued does not imply that this will be dealt with by a non-custodial sentence." The judge also noted that jailtime is "likely".
He is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 16.
