The Source has announced that it shall no longer run ads for adult web sites, escort services, and pornographic movies.
The hip-hop magazine is banning "booty ads" featuring scantily-clad women from its pages and website.
Co-publisher L. Londell McMillan said that the magazine should be able to appeal to core hip-hop fans and still be a magazine that "you wouldn't mind your kids seeing."

Wow! That takes out half the ads. Sponsors should realize they have other alternatives. All the Booty crap becomes old. Yes men like it and the models need to be paid. But really do women want to see it?And we buy many magazines. Good choice Source.
