A man in Oregon has been accused of using a dog shock collar on his four children. The man, 41, has been jailed on charges of criminal mistreatment.
The children, who are all younger than age 10, are now in the custody of their mother.
The man acknowledged putting the collar on his children and shocking them at least once. He said he didn't do it as punishment but rather because he thought it was funny.

Ridiculous. This is cruel. If you don't want children don't have them or give them away. The man is twisted.
