Trailer - Oz The Great and Powerful

Almost everyone knows the classic story in The Wizard of Oz but, not everyone knows the story of Oscar Diggs. When Diggs, a small time circus magician is suddenly whisked away in a dust storm in Kansas to the Land of Oz, he believes that all the fame and fortune he feels is due to him has finally come. That is, until he meets three witches named Theodora, Evanora, and Glinda. As he goes on to learn who is good and who is evil and using his art of magic to help the land as it goes through harsh times; he soon evolves to be the great and powerful Wizard Of Oz and also a better person. 


Oz The Great and Powerful is a re-imagining of the of the origins of the great wizard as directed by Sam Raimi. The film stars James Franco (Oscar Diggs), Michelle Williams (Glinda), Rachel Weisz (Evanora), and Mila Kunis (Theodora). 





Oz The Great and Powerful comes to us from Walt Disney Pictures and is set for release March 2013.
