Slasher - Enemy Of Reality

Following the very well received video for "Time To Rise" (watch here) off of their album, Pray for the Dead, Slasher has posted an new video. This time for the track "Enemy Of Reality."

Among all of the album releases of the past year, I got to say that this is one of my top picks. They are a band I hope to see around for quite some time.

Introducing... Slasher

Pure aggression. That is just one of the ways to describe the sound of thrash metal band Slasher. Beginning with their ep, Broken Faith, this band hailing from Brazil has been earning positive reception and honors from fans and the media. Slasher is currently promoting their full-length album, Pray for the Dead, which features heavy thrash riffs and strong lyrics. Overall it is a very well put together album and a must have for fans of the genre.

Here is the video for "Time To Rise" off of Pray for the Dead  which is out now.

Something For Your Ears - My Fair Lady

My Fair Lady is a band from Brazil who all metal fans should get to know. With their hard work and dedication   matching their fierce sound, they are quickly gaining fans all over the world. Some of the members came to the United States to garner some attention and they got it.  The band piqued the interest of Shaman bassist Fernando Quesada, also a Universal Music Group producer. Quesada invited the band to record and produce their full-length album in Brazil. The album, "Mindwalk," was mastered by Vlado Meller, whose credits include bands such as; Slipknot, Metallica, Lamb Of God, Slayer, and many more.
