The Cars as secret agents? Things get a little interesting as Lightning McQueen takes his pal Mater overseas as he competes in the first ever World Grand Prix. The films stars the vocal talents of Owen Wilson and Larry the Cable Guy returning as Lightning McQueen and Mater as well as Michael Caine, Cheech Marin, Joe Mantegna, and Tony Shalhoub.
