As we continue on with looking back at the year I thought I we should take a look and listen at all the great music that was shared.
In January I told you about an absolutely fantastic compilation featuring 83 tracks of smashing industrial. What made this even sweeter? It is for a great cause. Check out the teaser trailer for Electronic Saviors and if you haven't had the chance to pick it up and want to know more click here for the original post.
Some of you were also introduced to the sounds of Film Noir World. From the original post: 'Film Noir World is a one man production from Nottingham, England. His music is reminicent of old school beautiful soundtracks. First up is a track from his newest release (out now!) titled, "Dark Earth." The second is from his first release, "It's Here." One could never know what you are going to get when you see referenced influences such as Tim Burton, Massive Attack, Portishead, Moloko, and Danny Elfman. This is definitely an artist to be on the watch for.'

In February, we checked out some sounds from Sybreed. Below is the video for the song "Isolate". Click here to view the original post and check out the video for "Bioactive".
Let's not forget Slipknot with not one, but two videos (click here) as well as two from Kittie (here)!
Another great artist, Ya Za, was introduced to all of you. From the original post: 'Ilyasin Zarifa, aka "Ya Za", is an artist who grew up in Nashville, TN. She describes her sound as "well-rounded," with influences such as; Prince, Pat Benatar, Stevie Wonder, and Annie Lennox, as well as many others.'

Well, this is only the beginning. There were some other great features from those months but I couldn't possibly fit all of that here. Feel free to check them all out! Don't forget... SUPPORT THE ARTISTS!!!
Here is the video for "Snuff" by Slipknot. The short film is from a song off of the All Hope Is Gone album. I think that this is a beautiful track. It can be seen by some fans as a put-off for being so mellow, some sighting that maybe vocalist Corey Taylor should have used it for Stone Sour. I think that it is a fine fit under the Slipknot name.
For those who just need to push things a bit harder, here is the video for "Sulfur," which is also from All Hope Is Gone.
