Trailer - Man Of Steel

Superman returns!  Written by David Goyer and directed by Zach Snyder, Man of Steel follows the story of the infant that came from another planet, was raised here on Earth, and becomes a hero using his supernatural abilities. 



Man of Steel stars Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Christopher Meloni, Diane Lane, Russell Crowe, Kevin Costner, Julia Ormond, and Michael Shannon. It is set for release June 2013. 

Trailer - Iron Man 3

Following the events in the movie 'The Avengers', we find Tony Stark/Iron Man finding his personal world destroyed at the hands of a new enemy. Now faced with having to survive solely on his own devices to protect those close to him, he must embark on a quest that will truly test him at every turn. Tony Stark will soon learn whether it is the man who makes the suit or the suit that makes the man?

Ben Kingsley stars as Mandarin, Robert Downey, Jr returns as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Gwyneth Paltrow returns as Pepper Potts. Guy Pearce and Don Cheadle also star. 

'Iron Man 3' is set for release May 3, 2013. 

Deadpool : The Game

As a fan of comic books and Deadpool, I got to say, I am very excited about this. Finally, our favorite Merc With A Mouth is getting his own video game. 

The video is probably not good to watch at work but... check it out.



While not much has been released about the game as of yet, the expected date of release in the United States is December 31, 2013. It is set to be released on PS3 and for Xbox 360.

Which Movie?

Some of you, like me, do not really watch much sports. You didn't watch the Superbowl. That's fine. Here are a couple of tv spots for upcoming movies. Which, if any, of these are you psyched about? 


The Avengers - set for release May 2012. 



Battleship - set for release May 2012.



G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation - set for release June 2012



I myself plan on seeing The Avengers. Battleship? I would have to see more. As for G.I. Joe? I didn't even want to see the first one. This looks like it is going to be an interesting year for movies.

Useless Fact Of The Week

The character, Joker, was set to die in his second appearance in the Batman comics. He was liked so much by the editor that he was spared. The final panel in the comic implying that he had survived accidentally stabbing himself was hastily added before release. 

Trailer - The Amazing Spider-Man

The trailer for the upcoming reboot of the Spider-Man reboot in my opinion leaves me wanting another trailer. I see how they are trying to show us that they are taking the story deeper than the previous installments, but, something feels missing. 


The movie, 'The Amazing Spider-Man', is due out in July 2012 and stars Rhys Ifans, Andrew Garfield, and Emma Stone. Also featured in the film are Campbell Scott, Sally Field, Martin Sheen, and Denis Leary.

Trailer - X-Men: First Class

"X-Men: First Class" takes us back to the 1960's where we get to take a glimpse of the early days of Professor Xavier, Magneto, and their students. 


The movie is due for release June 3rd and stars Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne January Jones, Jason Flemyng, Nicholas Hoult, Lucas Till, Zoe Kravitz, Jennifer Lawrence, and James McAvoy.

This looks like it could be promising. For me, too soon to tell. Whiteout --- Trailer

Whiteout, starring Kate Beckinsale is set to hit theaters on Sept 11. In the movie, Beckinsale plays a U.S. Marshal out to investigate a murder in Antarctica before winter when the continent plunges into darkness.
